Kim Bealle is an executive and career coach working with clients across the US, and in Canada, Latin America and Asia. She is retained to help her clients expand their leadership capability, explore alternative careers and figure out “what’s next” in their work and personal lives. Kim also coaches work teams to make them more effective, productive, and skilled at making decisions.
Kim is certified by the highly acclaimed Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is trained in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). She’s completed the intensive CTI Leadership Program, is certified in The Leadership Circle and in Gallup’s StrengthsFinders.
Prior to her coaching career Kim worked in advertising for more than 30 years at Young & Rubicam, Saatchi & Saatchi, and on the client side at Kraft Foods. In her career she led teams to develop advertising and marketing programs for clients like Merrill Lynch, Colgate Palmolive, AT&T, Fisher Price, and Chase, while also holding management and leadership positions. Kim lives in Darien, CT, but spends winters in California. She’s married and has three grown children and three grandchildren.
